Shipping and returns
- Shipping time: Most orders ship the same or next business day, with a maximum of 3 business days. Free domestic shipping is provided for orders over $100.
- Order changes: You can cancel an order within 60 minutes of placing it to receive a full refund. After that, you will need to process a return and may be responsible for shipping fees.
- Returns: You must obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number from Dalcomm Tech before sending a product back. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a 15% restocking fee. Products must be in like-new condition and in their original packaging.
- Shipping multiple items: You may receive items in separate shipments, but you will get a tracking email for each one as it ships.
